The ideal family holiday home a stones throw from the sea shore & a short walk to the beginning of the 4km long Betty’s Bay Beach.

Living rooms: Open plan living area with great flow from living & dining to kitchen & courtyard, with sea views. Lounge opens onto the seaside deck & dining room opens into sheltered courtyard with built in BBQ & covered BBQ area. Living rooms include fireplace, TV with dish (bring decoder & card) & sound system.

Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, extra freezer, electric stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, & all other utensils & amenities.

Bedrooms 2: Bedding & linen supplied for bookings of 7 nights or more. 

1. Queen bedroom opens onto garden courtyard.
   2.  Twin singles bedroom opens onto garden courtyard.

Bathroom 1: Shower over bath, basin & toilet.
                        Outside shower with hot water. 

Large fynbos garden with plenty of lawn for kids to run free & pathways for exploring. Table tennis in second garage.
Single garage & security alarm.

Price Guide:

• R1000 - R1500 per night. | No smoking inside this house. | No bookings without deposit.

Additional charges: Refundable damage deposit (refunded within 7 working days of stay): from R2000 (weekends) – R3000 (7 nights or more). Once off cleaning charge, we clean after you vacate: R300. Bedding and linen charge: from R200 – R300 (optional). A breakdown of prices shall be given on enquiry.

Minimum stays:
Weekends & week nights 2 nights.
Long weekends 3-4 nights.
