Living Rooms: Open plan, living, dining & kitchen. Sliding doors open from the living area, onto seaside terrace with built in BBQ area. Sliding doors open onto sheltered back patio & garden with mountain views. Fireplace, TV (1,2,3&e).

Bedrooms 3: Bedding & linen supplied for bookings of 7 nights or more. Bring towels.

1. Upstairs, king en-suite (bath, shower, toilet & basin). French doors onto balcony with fabulous sea & coastal views.

Downstairs Bathroom: Bath/shower, basin & toilet. Gas water heater. Separate guest toilet.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, & all other utensils.

Just 2 minutes walk to the rocky pools on the sea shore, 3 minutes walk to Shelly Beach & safe for the kids to go down on their own & enjoy the sea.

Price Guide:

• R1000 - R1450 per night. | No bookings without deposit. | No smoking inside this house. | Pets welcome by arrangement, no fence.

Additional charges: Refundable damage deposit (refunded within 7 working days of stay): from R1000 (weekends) – R3000 (7 nights or more). Once off cleaning charge, we clean after you vacate: from R250 – R300. Bedding and linen charge: from R200 – R300 (optional). A breakdown of prices shall be given on enquiry.

Minimum stays:
Weekends & week nights 2 nights.
Long weekends 3-4 nights.
16 Dec - 7 Jan 10-14 nights.
