Living Rooms: Open plan, living, dining & kitchen with French doors opening onto the porch & lovely garden with Mountain views. Outdoors includes portable BBQ, large table, chairs, loungers & couch for appreciating the Mountain View.
Downstairs Games & TV Room: Opens with French doors onto porch & pond. Includes Pool table, 2^nd TV (DSTV bring own card), DVD, portable CD player, piano, bar fridge, sink & guest toilet. Gate at top of the stairs.

Bedrooms 3: Bedding & linen supplied for bookings of 7 nights or more. Bring towels.

1. Double en-suite (shower, basin & toilet) opens onto garden. Includes TV.
   2.  Single bed & mattress on the floor.
   3.  Double, opens onto deck with mountain view.

Bathroom 2. Shower, bath, basin & toilet.

Kitchen: Kitchen is equipped with electric hob / oven, indoor BBQ, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee plunger, washing machine & all other utensils.
Garage with table tennis, off street parking & alarm system.

Two minutes walk to Bass Lake for swimming & canoeing.
Ten minutes walk or two minutes drive to Main Beach for surfing & swimming.

Price Guide:

R1500 per night.  |  No bookings without deposit.  |  No smoking inside the house.  |  Small pets may be welcome by arrangement, but baboons do frequent this area.  |  Only available Dec / Jan.

Additional charges: Refundable damage deposit (refunded within 7 working days of stay): from R2000 (weekends) – R3000 (7 nights or more). Once off cleaning charge, we clean after you vacate: from R250 – R300. Bedding and linen charge: from R200 – R300 (optional). A breakdown of prices shall be given on enquiry.

Minimum stays: 
Only available Dec / Jan, minimum booking 10-14 nights.
