Folding/sliding doors open from the lounge with stunning sea view, bar area, fireplace, huge TV with DSTV & DVD. Kitchen /dining opens onto the mountain side balcony with views & includes indoor BBQ. No outdoor BBQ.

Kitchen: Kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, 2^nd fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee plunger, BBQ, dishwasher & all other utensils.

Bedrooms 3: Towels & linen supplied. Bring beach towels.

Downstairs huge double garage with direct access to house, includes laundry (washing machine & tumble dryer), alarm system & auto doors.
Safe for kids to take the 1 minute walk over gravel road onto Silversands beach.

Price Guide:
R1400 - R3500 per night. | No smoking inside this house. | No bookings without deposit. | Pets strictly by arrangement.

Additional charges: Refundable damage deposit (refunded within 7 working days of stay): from R2000 (weekends) – R3000 (7 nights or more). Once off cleaning charge, we clean after you vacate: R300. A breakdown of prices shall be given on enquiry.

Minimum stays:
Weekends & week nights 2 nights.
Long weekends 3-4 nights.
