Family friendly self-catering accommodation with 360° mountain & sea views near Main Beach Betty's Bay, Western Cape, South Africa.

Living Rooms: Open plan kitchen, diningroom & lounge (fireplace, TV / DSTV & sound system), opens onto large southfacing terrace with sea views & portable BBQ. Sunroom with indoor BBQ opens onto North patio with spectacular mountain views (no piano).

Bedrooms 4: Bedding, linen & towels supplied for bookings of 7 nights or more.

1. Main bedroom is double, en-suite (dbl.shower, bath with view, dbl. basins & toilet).
2. Double bedroom en-suite (bath, shower, toilet & basin).
3. Dorm with, two single beds & double sleeper couch.
4. 2nd TV room or extra bedroom with double sleeper couch.

All bedrooms open onto large sea facing terrace, with views.
3rd Bathroom has shower, basin & toilet.

Kitchen equipped with electric stove, toaster, kettle, micro/convection, fridge/freezer, fridge, dishwasher & all other utensils. Laundry downstairs with washing machine & dryer.
Alarm system & off street parking. Large, fenced & landscaped fynbos garden.

3 minutes walk from the garden down through the dune forest to the sea shore, with rock pools to explore and safe paddling at low tide. Another 3 minutes walk takes you to Dawid's Kraal Beach (good for swimming & fishing), the start of the 4km long Main Beach, Betty's Bay.

• R2000 - R3000 per night. | No bookings without deposit. | No smoking inside this house. | Pets welcome by arrangement, fenced.

Additional charges: Refundable damage deposit (refunded within 7 working days of stay): from R2000 (weekends) – R3000 (7 nights or more). Once off cleaning charge, we clean after you vacate: from R250 – R300. Bedding and linen charge: from R200 – R300 (optional). A breakdown of prices shall be given on enquiry.

Minimum stays:

• Weekends & week nights 2 nights.
• Long weekends 3-4 nights.
• 16 Dec - 7 Jan 10-14 nights.
