Down to earth cottage ideal for an easy going family holiday by the sea - sleeps 6-8. Situated just above Jock’s Bay beach, Betty’s Bay, Western Cape, South Africa.

The main house comprises living rooms & 1 en-suite double bedroom. The separate cottage with own entrance is very basic & includes 2 bedrooms & bathroom.

Living Rooms: Large, open plan, living, dining & kitchen combined with sea views from the lounge. Sliding doors open from the living area onto the sheltered mountain side patio & lawned garden, with built in BBQ. Living room includes fireplace & TV with DVD player but no dish, no aerial.

Bedrooms 3: Bedding & linen supplied for bookings of 7 nights or more. Bring towels. 

1. Double en-suite (shower, basin & toilet), in main house, with sliding doors opening onto the garden.
2. Double bedroom in separate cottage. 
3. Dorm with bunks, (foam mattresses) also in the cottage.
   The bedrooms in the cottage are separated by curtains, no doors.
   Bathroom 2: Shower, basin & toilet, in the cottage. Gas water heater.

Kitchen: Kitchen is fully equipped with 2 plate gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, small microwave, kettle, toaster & all other utensils. NO dishwasher or washing machine. Solar / electric water heater in the main house.

Large garden with built in BBQ. Safe for kids to take the 3 minute walk to Jock’s Bay beach. Five-ten minutes walk to Harold Porter Gardens, supply store & Internet Café / DVD shop.

Price Guide:
R900- R1250 per night. | No bookings without deposit. | No smoking in this house. | Pets welcome by arrangement. Not fully enclosed.

Additional charges: Refundable damage deposit (refunded within 7 working days of stay): from R2000 (weekends) – R3000 (7 nights or more). Once off cleaning charge, we clean after you vacate: from R250 – R300. Bedding and linen charge: from R200 – R300 (optional). A breakdown of prices shall be given on enquiry.

Minimum stays:
Weekends & week nights 2 nights.
Long weekends 3-4 nights.
16 Dec - 7 Jan 10-14 nights.
