Cape-Cod style seaside cottage, with sea views, sleeping 10. Centrally placed in walking distance to: Jock's Bay Beach - 5 minutes, shops, internet cafe & restaurants - 5 minutes, Harold Porter Gardens - 10 minutes.

Living Rooms: Open plan, living, dining & kitchen with sliding doors onto the deck with endless sea views. Includes fireplace, portable CD/radio, TV & DVD. Deck includes built in BBQ, teak chairs, table & benches for appreciating the sounds & sights of the rolling sea. House is on the main Road (sea side).

Bedrooms: 3 upstairs. Bedding & linen supplied for bookings of 7 nights or more. Bring towels.

4. Downstairs dorm with double bunk & double futon.

Bathroom 1 upstairs. Shower, basin & toilet. Bathroom 2 upstairs. Bath, basin & toilet. Bathroom 3 downstairs. Shower, basin & toilet & washing machine.

Kitchen: Kitchen is equipped with electric stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher & all other utensils. Extra freezer downstairs. Carport for 2 cars & alarm system.

Price Guide:

• R1400 - R2000 per night.  | No bookings without deposit.  | Pets welcome by arrangement, no fence & on the main road (sea side). | No smoking in this house.

Additional charges: Refundable damage deposit (refunded within 7 working days of stay): from R2000 (weekends) – R3000 (7 nights or more). Once off cleaning charge, we clean after you vacate: from R250 – R300. Bedding and linen charge: from R200 – R300 (optional). A breakdown of prices shall be given on enquiry.

Minimum stays:
Weekends & week nights 2 nights. Long weekends 3-4 nights. Dec / Jan 10-14 nights.
