This unusually designed, old style holiday house, is great for kids & adults alike, definitely not like being at home.

Ground floor:

Open plan dining & kitchen, with fireplace & couch, opens onto wind protected BBQ patio with mountain views & seaside patio with sea views.

Loads of outdoor furniture for alfresco dining on lazy summer days.

Kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, fridge/freezer & extra fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle & all other utensils. No dishwasher or laundry.

Upstairs Lounge with pub & TV with aerial (1,2,3 & e) or DSTV dish (bring decoder & card) opens onto balcony with mountain & sea views.

Ground floor bedrooms 2: Bedding & linen supplied for bookings of 7 nights or more. Bring towels.

3. Bunk Cabin with ladders sleeps 6, great space for kids but not private. Lots of nooks & crannies with other odd sleeping spaces for kids to explore.

Bathrooms 2: ground floor:

1. Shower, basin & toilet. Gas water heater.

Large fynbos garden & security alarm. 5 minutes walk to the main beach, from the garden on private dune path. 5 minutes walk to Bass Lake for fresh water swimming.

Price Guide:

• R1300 - R2000 per night.  | No bookings without deposit.  | No smoking in bedrooms or upstairs.  | Pets welcome by arangement. No fence.

Additional charges: Refundable damage deposit (refunded within 7 working days of stay): from R2000 (weekends) – R3000 (7 nights or more). Once off cleaning charge, we clean after you vacate: from R250 – R300. Bedding and linen charge: from R200 – R300 (optional). A breakdown of prices shall be given on enquiry.

Minimum stays:
Weekends & week nights 2 nights.
Long weekends 3-4 nights.
16 Dec - 7 Jan 10-14 nights.
