Family friendly holiday house near the beach, sleeps 8-10. Ideal for 6 adults & 4 children. Surfer’s paradise set behind the dunes a short stroll from Betty’s Bay main beach. This cottage is the ideal seaside getaway, with a bit of a sea view, a splendid mountain view & the sound & smell of the sea to greet you.

Living Rooms: Large upstairs, open plan, living, dining & kitchen with indoor BBQ. Sliding doors open from the living area onto the balcony, with views. Includes sound system, DVD player & TV with satellite (bring decoder & card). Downstairs, the large garage includes entertainment area with sliding door opening onto the back garden with picnic bench & 2^nd indoor BBQ, ideal for windy days.

Bedrooms 4: Bedding & linen supplied for bookings of 7 nights or more. Bring towels.

3 minutes walk to Main Beach. 10 minutes walk to Malkopsvlei, for fresh water swimming. 3 minutes drive to shops, petrol station & restaurants. 5 minutes drive to Harold Porter Botanical Gardens. Lawned garden, alarm system, single garage & off-street parking.

R2000 per night. | No smoking inside this house. | No bookings without deposit.

Additional charges: Refundable damage deposit (refunded within 7 working days of stay): from R2000 (weekends) – R3000 (7 nights or more). Once off cleaning charge, we clean after you vacate: from R250 – R300. Bedding and linen charge: from R200 – R300 (optional). A breakdown of prices shall be given on enquiry.

Minimum stays:
Dec / Jan minimum booking 10-14 nights.
Rest of the year minimum booking 7 nights.
